Developed Standard Operating Procedures for research conduct, Ethics Committees, and site policies required for Human Research Protection Program and Quality Management system in compliance to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
Provide leadership in establishing systems and processes.
Led the team to achieve the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP) accreditation, and the ISO 9001:2008, and the registration of Ethics Committee for the Organization.
Conduct regular internal audits and inspections for research studies, verify compliance to protocols, SOPs, regulations and analyze results and make suggestions/re-design processes and identify areas to improve efficiency and quality and guide the research teams for implementation of CAPA.
